By accessing ai-automationhub.digital or commissioning services from Ai Automationhub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Content on this site describes external auditor collaboration, audit readiness reviews, and working-paper support. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement arises only when both parties accept a written proposal or engagement letter stating scope, fees, and timing.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Ai Automationhub. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Client working papers and documents you provide remain your property; we use them only to perform the engagement.
Client responsibilities
You must supply accurate information, timely access to records, and authority for document releases to the appointed external auditor. Delays in providing materials may shift fieldwork dates and fees as set out in the engagement letter.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Ai Automationhub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We do not act as your statutory auditor and do not issue audit opinions. Responsibility for financial statement presentation remains with management; responsibility for the audit opinion remains with the appointed audit firm.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep fee ranges and service descriptions current but may update them without prior notice. Typographical errors may be corrected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, subject to any alternate dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
