Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, message content, preferred engagement month)
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Engagement records needed to deliver liaison work (client contacts, meeting notes, document indexes)

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, perform contracted engagements, improve the website (when analytics are allowed), and meet legal or professional obligations.

Where Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, we process data for purposes directly related to our functions and activities, with your consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies), and as needed to perform a contract with you.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement working files follow the retention schedule in the engagement letter, typically not less than seven years for audit-related support records where professional practice expects it. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, usually 14 months or less.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host email or site infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, with your appointed external auditor when you instruct us to coordinate with them, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some email or hosting providers may process data outside Hong Kong. Where transfers occur, we take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect the information.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to and correction of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email info@ai-automationhub.digital. You may lodge concerns with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
