Fees
How we price audit liaison, readiness reviews, and working-paper support for Hong Kong engagements.
Pricing follows the shape of the audit cycle: number of entities, whether the auditor is new to the group, and how compressed the fieldwork window is. Figures below are starting points in Hong Kong dollars; every engagement receives a written quote after the briefing.
External auditor collaboration
From HK$48,000
Per focused single-entity liaison cycle covering readiness sprint, fieldwork cover, and close-out support.
Audit readiness review
From HK$22,000
Flat for one entity, including the readiness memo and a half-day workshop with your finance team.
Working paper & PBC support
From HK$6,800 / day
Or a fixed pack quote once we have seen the chart of accounts and estimated binder volume.
What moves a quote up or down
- Concurrent year-ends across more than three entities
- Inventory counts at multiple warehouses or ports
- Incomplete prior-year files or a recent ERP migration
- Need for evening or weekend cover during a short fieldwork window
- Travel outside the urban Hong Kong core (discussed case by case)
Multi-entity groups are quoted with a primary entity fee plus incremental amounts for each additional company sharing the same auditor and similar accounting systems. First-year auditor transitions typically add planning time for mapping prior binders.
What we do not bill as
We do not sell monthly software subscriptions or seat licences. Deposits may be requested to reserve a fieldwork window; see our refund policy for how deposits and cancellations are handled.
